Job Description
Position Summary
We are hiring
experienced, reliable, and professional Security Guards
for full-time, permanent positions at multiple retail and plaza locations across
London, Ontario
.

These positions require individuals who are confident in dealing with the public, able to manage challenging situations (including trespassing and homeless activity), and maintain a strong security presence on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol assigned sites and ensure safety of property, staff, and customers
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and prevent theft or unwanted activity
  • Enforce property rules and respond to incidents professionally
  • Complete accurate daily reports and incident documentation
  • Work independently and maintain communication with site supervisors and dispatch

Requirements

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Must be fully available including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • Experience handling high-traffic or challenging environments preferred
  • Professional appearance and reliable transportation

Compensation

  • $19.00/hour for first 3 months probation
  • $19.50–$21.50/hour after probation (based on performance & site assignment)
  • Full-time permanent opportunities with room for growth
  • Ongoing training provided
