ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Senior Manager of Delivery is accountable for the successful execution, production health, and commercial performance of projects across the business. This role leads and develops a high-performing team of Project Managers and procurement partners, ensuring delivery standards, financial controls, timelines, and operational processes are consistently applied and optimized. With a primary focus on internal execution, the Senior Manager of Delivery oversees project delivery systems, vendor relationships, pricing compliance, and performance metrics to ensure work is delivered efficiently, predictably, and profitably. Client experience is a critical outcome of effective delivery, with day-to-day client communication led by Project Managers; the Senior Manager of Delivery engages selectively in delivery escalations, commercial risk, and systemic improvements to strengthen delivery capability at scale. Please note during the probation period we would request you spend 80%of your time in the office. 



CORE FUNCTION

  • Owns delivery excellence across the organization, ensuring projects are executed consistently, predictably, and profitably in line with defined standards, timelines, and commercial expectations.
  • Leads, mentors, and performance-manages Project Managers and procurement partners, driving accountability to delivery outcomes, financial controls, and operational metrics.
  • Leads the development of delivery frameworks, project standards, and KPI's across the full portfolio of work to ensure high-quality execution at scale.
  • Provides commercial oversight on all projects, including pricing compliance, margin protection, cost control, and change management, ensuring alignment between project scope, budget, and delivery outcomes.
  • Oversees vendor strategy and execution, including sourcing, performance management, cost optimization, and partnership development to support delivery quality and financial performance.
  • Identifies delivery risks, capacity constraints, and performance gaps early, intervening decisively to resolve issues, reallocate resources, and protect delivery commitments.
  • Leads the evolution of delivery systems, tools, and workflows, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across delivery operations.
  • Drives a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing delivery performance, capturing lessons learned, and implementing process enhancements that strengthen delivery capability over time.

DETAILS OF FUNCTION

  • Own the operational oversight of all brand standards programs and monitor the effectiveness and recommend improvements based on delivery outcomes and feedback.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for Project Managers and procurement partners to ensure consistent delivery standards, financial discipline, and operational accountability across all projects.
  • Oversee the delivery and production of all projects, ensuring scope, schedules, resources, and budgets are effectively planned, monitored, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices that drive predictability, quality, and efficiency across a portfolio of projects.
  • Own delivery forecasting and capacity planning, proactively identifying risks, constraints, and dependencies that could impact timelines, quality, or commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage delivery performance through clearly defined KPIs, ensuring project data is accurate, actionable, and used to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Provide commercial oversight for all projects, including review and approval of budgets, pricing alignment, margin performance, cost tracking, and change management to protect profitability and delivery commitments.
  • Lead vendor strategy and execution, including sourcing, onboarding, performance management, cost control, and partnership development to support delivery quality and financial performance.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of delivery systems, tools, and workflows, ensuring technology supports operational efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
  • Partner with Creative, Project Management and Leadership teams to ensure delivery plans are realistic, well-scoped, and aligned with organizational priorities, while maintaining clear ownership of execution and production outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, analyzing delivery performance trends, and implementing process enhancements that strengthen delivery capability and operational maturity over time.
