The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Insurance Brokers to join our growing team. If you're sales-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about helping clients, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance clients
  • Generate leads through existing networks and Centers of Influence
  • Deliver exceptional service and expert insurance advice
  • Operate with full flexibility: remote, hybrid, or in-office options available

What You Bring

  • RIBO license - Must
  • Strong sales aptitude and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptable and open to new technologies and processes
