Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a commission-based contract for an initial 3-month period. Successful candidates who meet performance expectations will be transitioned into a full-time, salaried, permanent position.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales skills, confidence in client acquisition, and a passion for growing business partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with management to develop growth strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines

Compensation & Benefits

During First 3 Months (Commission-Based):

  • Commission-based earnings (based on performance)
  • $150 monthly gas allowance
  • 4 working days per week
  • 1 company-provided meal per working day

After Successful 3-Month Period:

  • Transition to full-time salaried permanent position
  • Continued gas allowance and company benefits
  • Growth opportunities within the company

Work Schedule

  • 4 days per week
  • Flexible scheduling based on business needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver's license (preferred)
