Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a commission-based contract for an initial 3-month period. Successful candidates who meet performance expectations will be transitioned into a full-time, salaried, permanent position.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales skills, confidence in client acquisition, and a passion for growing business partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with management to develop growth strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines
Compensation & Benefits
During First 3 Months (Commission-Based):
- Commission-based earnings (based on performance)
- $150 monthly gas allowance
- 4 working days per week
- 1 company-provided meal per working day
After Successful 3-Month Period:
- Transition to full-time salaried permanent position
- Continued gas allowance and company benefits
- Growth opportunities within the company
Work Schedule
- 4 days per week
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
