We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the car buying process. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating their options.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
  • Maintain an organized sales environment, ensuring that all vehicles are presented in top condition.
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline processes and improve customer interactions.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, dealership inventory, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role within the automotive dealership environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and discounts.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • A passion for cars and the automotive industry is essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
