Role Overview

This role sits within a core
Program Management team
responsible for the timely delivery and cross-functional execution of strategic
Capital Markets and Trading initiatives
. The successful candidate will be an adaptable self-starter with strong program and project management skills, capable of driving complex workstreams to completion while applying sound judgment, subject matter expertise, and problem-solving capabilities.

The role supports transformation initiatives across
Trading, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology
, delivering functional and sustainable solutions aligned with business strategy and governance expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support Markets Transformation Initiative lead(s) in driving execution of strategic deliverables
  • Lead or participate in working groups, workshops, and ad-hoc sessions with senior stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology
  • Gather business requirements and produce key project artifacts (BRDs, process flows, trackers, etc.) in partnership with business and technology teams
  • Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and constructive challenge to ensure initiatives align with target-state strategy
  • Ensure target-state tools, processes, and controls are appropriately socialized and approved through relevant governance forums
  • Identify synergies across programs and workstreams to reduce delivery timelines and maximize adoption
  • Coordinate across stakeholder groups to track progress, manage dependencies, and clearly report status, risks, and next steps
  • Maintain strong project documentation and audit trails, including meeting minutes, action logs, and delivery trackers

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven track record delivering
    complex, strategic initiatives
    in large or complex organizations
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Capital Markets products, structures, technologies, and operating environments
  • Solid understanding of the
    trade lifecycle across asset classes
  • Experience working closely with
    Front Office, Trading, Sales, Risk, and Technology teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through capabilities
  • Strong understanding of
    regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Advanced skills in slide creation, spreadsheets, and data analysis
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
    , preferably with formal project management responsibilities
  • Background in Tier-1 financial institutions or top consulting firms preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required;
    Master's or STEM degree preferred
  • Project Management certifications (PMP or equivalent) a plus
  • Consulting experience a plus
  • Data analytics and
    SQL
    experience a plus

  • This role is
    not
    intended for Market Risk Managers
  • Experience in
    Trading, Market Risk, Credit Risk, XVA, Liquidity, and Collateral Exposure
    is beneficial
