Senior Project Manager:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager for a 9 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Mississauga office.

Senior Project Manager - Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager will be part of a core central Program Management Team responsible for ensuring the timely execution of deliverables across all workstreams. The role involves providing subject matter expertise and solutions that are functional and sustainable, focusing on Capital Markets initiatives.

Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities:


• Transformation and change management with a focus on Capital Markets initiatives


• Influence and build collaborative relationships across Global Markets stakeholders


• Manage internal and external dependencies across initiatives


• Identify challenges and resolve or escalate risk and issues


• Engage senior stakeholders and produce project update materials


• Build strong relationships to support program execution

Senior Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:


• Familiar with FRTB Trading Book/Banking Booking Boundary and IRT


• Experience with FRTB and derivatives trading


• Strong track record in strategic project management


• Significant experience in Capital Markets Transformation


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Ability to drive change across a global organization


• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience

Senior Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:


• Experience in Markets, Risk, and Regulatory projects


• Bachelor's/University degree in relevant fields


• Master's degree preferred


• Project Management certifications e.g., PMP

Senior Project Manager – Assignment Length:

This is a 9 month contract position.
