Your Role at
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for evolving our product by taking new features from rough ideas to high-quality solutions. Bringing your vision to build the bridge between customer needs and technical execution. You will work cooperatively with a team of designers and engineers to ensure the solutions being shaped and built deliver the correct value. You will be responsible for taking the product from ideation to creating product requirements through development and ensuring successful delivery.

What You'll Do:
- Shaping: Shape the future of the product with informed, customer-backed product opinions, balancing today's reality with future opportunity.
- Defining Requirements: Collaborate with designers and engineers to define product requirements and user specifications.
- Driving Development: Drive the development of problem-solving solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Planning: Transform rough ideas into a project plan with actionable items, adapting to evolving requirements.
- Coordinating: Prioritize, provide guidance, and facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure successful product delivery.
- Eliciting Feedback: Gather stakeholder feedback, incorporate it into product iterations to drive success.
- Participating in QA: Contribute to specification creation and actively participate in quality assurance processes.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 2+ years in a Product Management Role, Associate Level or higher, within an Agile environment. Knowledge or experience with Shape Up is a bonus
- Solution Focus: History of discovering product problems and creating your own solution proposals to deliver value to the customer with minimal cost and effort
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or technical in nature preferred)
- Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a taste for delivering exceptional experiences. Ability to understand customers, their businesses, and their needs.
- Technical: Technical aptitude with the ability to understand technical architectures, APIs, Schema and participate in technical conversations to create the best outcome for the product.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Organized: Highly organized and capable of planning, prioritizing, and tracking all aspects of a solution throughout development and quality assurance stages.
- Driven: Self-motivated and proactive attitude. Willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
- Teachable: Adaptability and a genuine passion for continuous learning. Eagerness to embrace feedback, constantly improve skills, and product knowledge.
Salary Range: $100, $125,000.00 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
