You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable for staff and visitors. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the overall functionality of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks which includes but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas are addressed regularly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required, such as deep cleaning or facility maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
