We are seeking a dedicated team of two highly experienced cleaners, each with at least **15 years of commercial cleaning experience**, to maintain a **15,000 sq. ft. facility** in downtown Toronto.

**Job Details**

**Work Schedule**:

- ** 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).**:

- Cleaning sessions must be completed **between 5:00 PM and 12:00 AM**.
- Each session lasts **3 hours and 45 minutes per cleaner**.

**Responsibilities**
Thorough cleaning and maintenance of the facility, including:

- Dusting, wiping surfaces, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Maintaining cleanliness in office spaces, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- A minimum of **15 years in commercial cleaning** for each cleaner.

**Location**:

- Applicants must reside within **20 minutes of Dundas Street West and University Avenue** to ensure timely arrival.

**Transportation**:

- Reliable transportation to commute to the downtown Toronto facility.

**References**:

- Provide **two professional references** and a brief work history.
- Police clearance may be required.

**Attributes**:

- Strong reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.

**What We Provide**
All cleaning supplies and equipment, including:

- Vacuums, mops, buckets, microfiber cloths, dusters, and disinfectants.
- All tools remain on-site; no need to transport supplies. A respectful and professional work environment.

**Compensation**
- The team will receive a combined monthly payment of **$3,095.00.**
