We're seeking skilled
Industrial Millwrights / Industrial Mechanics
(licensed or unlicensed) to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility. You'll play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a wide range of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems that keep our production lines running efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, install, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
  • Perform preventative, corrective, and facility maintenance tasks
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to complete repairs
  • Fabricate and assemble mechanical components using welding and machining tools
  • Support production teams to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
  • Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Millwright (Red Seal) or Apprentice (Level 3–4) preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in high-speed manufacturing (food manufacturing an asset)
  • Strong hands-on skills in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Familiarity with lathes, milling machines, and welding (ARC, TIG, MIG)
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, Outlook)
  • Team player with strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Perks & Compensation

$40.50–$50.50/hour (depending on license)

$2/hour night shift premium (9 PM–6 AM)

Up to 5% quarterly performance bonus

$600 annual tool allowance + $170 boot allowance
