Position Description: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Professional Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned client sites while meeting company quality and safety standards.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Performing general and deep cleaning of residential, office, and facility environments- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Cleaning washrooms, kitchens, windows, floors, furniture, and high-touch areas- Proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and respectful interaction with clients
  • Reporting damages, safety hazards, or supply shortages immediately
  • Following all health, safety, and infection control protocols
  • Traveling between job locations as required
  • Shift rotation is a job requirement

Required Tools & Equipment (Applicants Must Provide Their Own):

A. Basic Tools (Mandatory)

  • Microfiber cloths (10–20 pieces)
  • Scrub brushes (small and medium)
  • Extendable duster and standard duster
  • Sponge and abrasive pads
  • Window and shower squeegee
  • Bucket (10–15L capacity)
  • Reusable rubber gloves
  • Lint-free polishing cloths

B. Floor & Surface Tools

  • Lightweight portable vacuum cleaner
  • Broom and dustpan
  • Mop (microfiber or cotton)
  • Mop bucket with wringer
  • Floor scraper for stuck debris

C. Cleaning Chemicals & Solutions

  • All-purpose cleaner
  • Bathroom disinfectant
  • Glass cleanerDegreaser (kitchen use)
  • Stainless steel cleaner
  • Floor cleaner
  • Toilet bowl cleaner
  • Dish soap
  • Furniture polish

D. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Nitrile gloves
  • Face mask (recommended)
  • Safety goggles (for deep cleaning tasks)

Your Experience and Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional or residential cleaning experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Professional attitude and customer-service mindset
