Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Customer Service Administrator to join our Collision Centre team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns regarding collision repairs and estimates.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Cover the Body Shop Reception desk during lunch breaks, vacations, and absences to ensure continuous support for guests and callers.
- Maintain open, professional communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
- Calibrate with estimators and managers to assist with providing customers and insurance companies with status updates on repairs.
Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment within the Collision Department.
Manage Collision Department Accounts Receivable
Track, monitor, and manage outstanding receivables for all collision repair work.
- Follow up with customers and insurance companies to ensure timely payment.
Assist with account reconciliation and support the preparation of required financial reports.
Finalize and Close Collision Repair Orders
Review completed repair orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
- Verify that all scans, alignment reports, and vendor invoices are properly attached.
- Prepare and submit final invoices to insurance companies.
- Close repair orders in both PBS and Mitchell Repair Center systems.

Pay: $43,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
