Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Automotive Service Technician or 3rd year apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, with a focus on assembling and disassembling components using both hand and power tools. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and test all related customer complaints and or issues
  • Assemble and disassemble automotive components as per specifications.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
  • Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
  • Perform heavy lifting as required during the assembly or repair process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

  • Valid 310S license
  • Proven experience in automotive repair or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various hand tools and power tools.
  • Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • A valid driver's license is required with a clean driving abstract
