We're looking for a talented Creative Event Designer to join our dynamic, high-end events company specializing in weddings and corporate experiences with bold, elaborate concepts.

We are a boutique event design company in Vancouver, BC known for turning blank spaces into immersive worlds. Whether it's a candlelit wedding under suspended blooms or a branded launch dripping in modern luxury, we deliver detail-driven design, seamless execution, and unforgettable impact.

Your Role;

As a Creative Event Designer, you'll work on the full scope of event creation—from concept to execution. You'll collaborate with clients, florists, venues, and vendors to bring events to life with precision, passion, and creative flair.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Lead and assist in event concept development, from inspiration boards, visual presentations, floor plans, and decor schemes tailored to each event's brand or theme.
  • Fully execute your event and manage on-site event setup ensuring every detail aligns with the overall vision.
  • Create client-facing decks, floor plans, and visual mock-ups using Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign.
  • Oversee timelines, production schedules, and design checklists to ensure flawless deliveryProduce quotes that align with budgets.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and team members throughout the planning process.

What We're Looking For;

  • Strong design sensibility, a sharp eye for detail and an excellent sense of colour, composition, space planning, and attention to detail.
  • 3+ years of experience in event design, specifically in weddings and corporate functions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design software is an asset.
  • Event setup experience (weddings, brand activations, corporate galas, etc.)
  • Floral design or styling experience—whether assisting a florist or managing your own floral installs is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with tight timelines, including some weekends and evenings.
