The Role

We are seeking a Creative Assistant to assist on shoots across Canada and the US. This position offers hands-on experience for individuals currently studying creative industries who are interested in understanding the operations of a creative experiences agency.

As a Creative Assistant, you will work alongside our team on client projects, gaining exposure to experience design, moment capture, and the business of creative services.

Responsibilities

Production Assistance:
Support the team during documentation and content capture for client projects. Assist with preparation, on-site coordination, and production logistics.

Service Support
Contribute to our Moment Capture and Experience Design services through research, coordination, and administrative tasks.

Operational Learning
Observe and participate in client communications, project management, and creative execution to develop a comprehensive understanding of agency operations.

Qualifications

Education:
Currently enrolled in a creative industries program such as communications, film, design, marketing, fashion, or a related discipline.
