The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a
Mortgage Agent
to join our growing team. This is a
100% remote, full-time, commission-based role
, ideal for motivated professionals who want flexibility, strong support, and unlimited earning potential.

As a Mortgage Agent, you will work directly with clients to identify and secure the best mortgage solutions tailored to their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in finding mortgage solutions that fit their needs
  • Evaluate lending options across banks, credit unions, and alternative lenders
  • Provide clear, informed guidance throughout the mortgage process
  • Process and manage mortgage applications from start to funding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lending partners
  • Deliver exceptional client service and ongoing communication

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending practices, and servicing
  • Experience in mortgage sales, financial services, or real estate (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Mortgage Agent license preferred
  • Comfort using financial tools and digital platforms is an asset
