We're currently seeking a motivated and reliable Quality Control Associate to join our dynamic Facilities Team.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Full-time Quality Control Associate to join our dynamic Facilities Team. This entry-level role is critical to ensuring that all inbound and outbound products meet our high-quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with our Quality Control Supervisor to support day-to-day quality inspection and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform inspections and generate reports on inbound product based on industry specifications (size, weight, colour, quality etc.).

· Conduct pre and post inspection measures prior to commencement of production and upon completion of packaging.

· Adhere to all food safety and GMP guidelines.

· Verify packing information prior to production start up.

· Perform line inspections and report any non-conformances to the Supervisor/ Lead- Hand.

· Report directly to and assist Quality Control Supervisor in day-to-day operations as instructed.

· Assist in all other quality control duties as needed.

Qualifications:

· Previous Quality Control experience is considered an asset.

· Able to lift 30-35lbs consistently, up to 50lbs occasionally.

· Excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team.

· Computer skills.

· Comfortable operating FLT and Power Jack

Working Conditions:

Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.

Must be able to work in refrigerated areas for short periods.

Physical & Sensory Requirements:

· Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Motion Parameters

· Sitting / Driving / Walking.

Vision and Hearing Requirements

· Be able to read H & S signage. Be able to hear vehicle horns.

· Some computer work required
