We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with hands-on development experience in React Js as the front-end JavaScript and Spring boot / Product Development. Senior Consultant will be developing code for intermediate to complex modules, participate in design reviews, conducts code reviews, creates test plans and participates in testing reviews, and resolves moderate to complex defects. This position designs, documents, reviews, and maintains components of software solutions for intermediate projects. This application developer will join a team of technical professionals that work on Applications for the Allstate.

Role Responsibilities

  • Participate in all project-related reviews, ensuring integrity is maintained throughout the SDLC.
  • Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Create detailed technical design documents or stories, aligned with Agile methodology.
  • Develop and document code based on specifications and standards.
  • Analyze internal and external change orders, assess impact, and coordinate successful production implementation.
  • Coordinate with business teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide production support including triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Offer proactive solutions to prevent potential issues.
  • Investigate new technologies and contribute to discussions about their impact.
  • Provide detailed and timely metrics to the team lead or manager.

Primary Skills
:

  • Experience in development of web applications using React js as the front end and java as the back end.
  • Proficient in Advanced JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, HTML, JQuery and XML.
  • Experience in building REST API's Experience in Java/PCF platform Working experience in CICD tools – GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory Pro, Conveyor Test Driven Development, writing unit cases for the development being done. Strong at object-oriented programming, design patterns usage, code reviews and recommending best practices.
  • Working knowledge of database CRUD commands.
  • Experience working in Agile/scrum environment Insurance domain knowledge
  • Good analytical and programming skills are must

Secondary Skills

  • Hands on experience in ReactJS.
  • Experience working in Agile/scrum environment
  • Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.

Experience:
Minimum 6 Years Of Relevant Work Experience.
