What You'll Focus On

Guest Experience – You'll be the face of Fonda Fora, creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors. Reading the room, anticipating needs, and adding your personal touch is key.

Product Knowledge – From mezcal to mole, you'll dive deep into our food and beverage offerings so you can speak passionately and confidently about what we do.

Your Role Will Include

  • Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing learning
  • Preparing and resetting tables with care and attention to detail
  • Guiding guests through food and beverage choices
  • Taking and serving orders efficiently and gracefully
  • Handling questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and positivity
  • Issuing bills and managing payments accurately
  • Assisting with in-room dining and special requests
  • Ensuring cleanliness and flow throughout the restaurant
  • Owning the guest journey from start to finish — every time
