Be able to lift 60 pounds repeatedly.

Customer service experience with battery knowledge required.

Available to work during our business hours Monday – Saturday.

Hourly pay is based on experience.

Summary

As an Automotive Battery Installer/Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while assisting clients with battery installation and maintenance. Your core skills in communication and phone etiquette will enable you to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. With a strong mechanical knowledge, you will ensure installations are performed accurately and safely. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette.
  • Install automotive batteries while ensuring mechanical knowledge is applied for proper fitting and functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 44 per week
