Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, support our finance team, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.

  • Full-time candidates: 2+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Part-time candidates / freshers: Entry-level candidates with relevant academic background are welcome.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about helping businesses stay financially healthy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support management in budgeting and financial forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Full-time: 2+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Part-time / freshers: Recent graduates or candidates with relevant academic qualifications are welcome.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CPA designation is a plus but not required.
