We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, identifying new market opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct negotiations with prospective clients to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce to track interactions and sales pipelines.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and project delivery.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis for senior management review.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Experience in project management is preferred to coordinate multiple initiatives effectively.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and tools to support outreach efforts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management to foster long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Pay: $68,200.00-$72,582.86 per year
