Acme Carting, a small and proudly Canadian-owned waste hauling company, is looking for a Part-Time Sales Representative to help grow our customer base in Calgary. If you're personable, self-motivated, and enjoy working with local businesses, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and contractors.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and promote Acme's roll-off waste services.
  • Conduct on-site visits to understand customer needs and provide service recommendations.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up with leads, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, and customer information.
  • Represent Acme's values and commitment to safe, reliable service.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience (construction, waste management, trucking, or service industry an asset).
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Professional, reliable, and organized.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for local travel.
  • Knowledge of roll-off bins or waste services is a bonus but not required.
