We are seeking highly experienced Tow Motor Operators to join our team. This role involves handling heavy and fragile products, requiring exceptional skills, safety awareness and precision.

Key Requirements (Non-negotiable)

  • Tow Motor experience is mandatory

  • Must have strong, hands-on tow motor operating experience

  • Ability to handle heavy, delicate rolls with care and accuracy

  • Must consistently follow safe operating procedures

Important Note:

Candidates without proven tow motor experience will be immediately identifiable during training, resulting in wasted time for all parties. Only apply if you meet this requirement.

Work Schedule & Expectations:

This operation runs 24/7, 365 days a year to support continuous production.

Candidates must be flexible to work:

  • 12-hour Day shifts

  • 12-hour Night shifts

  • Weekends & Holidays as scheduled

Uninterrupted service is required, and schedule flexibility is part of the role.

Pay rate: $23
