Responsibilities

- Oversee medication dispensing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and safety standards
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals

- Maintain accurate documentation for all medication transactions and regulatory reporting
- Implement quality assurance programs to monitor medication safety and effectiveness
- Train and mentor staff on new procedures, medical terminology, and medication administration protocols

- Proven experience in hospital or acute care pharmacy settings, with a strong understanding of patient care workflows
