Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating, designing, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business operations. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technological infrastructure.

Duties

  • Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Gather and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders across departments
  • Design, develop, and implement new system solutions or enhancements to existing platforms
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and end-users to deliver effective technology solutions
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and updates
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role within an IT environment
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and system architecture principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in database management, SQL, and data analysis tools is preferred
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts into understandable language for stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 per year
