Green Integrations Inc. has been delivering commercial & industrial energy solutions since 2012, helping businesses reduce operating costs and energy risk through solar PV, energy storage, energy audits, LED lighting, EV charging, and O&M.

We're looking for an experienced consultative B2B seller who wants to work on complex, high-value C&I deals and engage senior decision-makers on long-term energy strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage commercial & industrial prospects (self-generated + inbound leads)
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations around energy costs, incentives, and ROI
  • Present feasibility studies, financial models, and project business cases
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams on custom solutions
  • Manage deals from first conversation through contract close
  • Stay current on incentives, regulations, and emerging energy technologies

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (solar, energy, construction, infrastructure, commercial real estate, or industrial services preferred)
  • Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship-driven sales
  • Consultative seller who can speak confidently with senior decision-makers
  • Able to understand financial models, utility bills, and technical concepts (training provided)
  • Motivated by long-term earning potential and career growth

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000
  • Uncapped Commission: Top performers earn $150K–$250K+ OTE
  • Benefits: Extended health & dental
  • Work Model: Remote / hybrid with client site visits
