Purpose & Scope:
This role plays a pivotal part in enabling and translating our global learning strategy into action. By designing, delivering, and implementing impactful development initiatives, the role helps leaders and employees at all levels build the skills and mindsets needed to thrive.
Working within our business-driven learning framework, this role collaborates with cross-functional Value Teams to co-create enterprise-wide learning opportunities. These solutions span both content and technology, ensuring our learning ecosystem remains relevant, innovative, and business-focused.
The role ensures that learning is not only strategically aligned but also practically applied—so employees and leaders experience timely, engaging, and effective opportunities that support their current performance and future growth.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Enable and activate learning priorities by translating enterprise strategy into project-level solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Co-create leadership development programs that build critical capabilities for managers, senior leaders, and executives.
- Collaborate across the business-driven learning framework, engaging with the ELC and Value Teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and apply learning frameworks that equip leaders with future-ready skills and behaviors.
- Engage stakeholders globally to identify development needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Evaluate and demonstrate impact of initiatives to show measurable value for participants and the business.
- Leverage innovation and best practices in learning technologies and methodologies.
- Continuously improve programs and content to keep learning relevant, current, and impactful.
- Partner with external vendors and providers to deliver high-quality, innovative learning experiences.
Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development roles.
- Business-level or higher proficiency in English.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and L&D technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate and influencing effectively across all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of various learning methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Coaching and talent assessment certifications (e.g., CliftonStrengths, MBTI, Hogan, DiSC, etc.)
- Ability to leverage talent data to drive actionable decisions for employee development and leadership pipeline growth. Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.

- This position is based in Markham, Ontario and will require hybrid work.
