What You Will Accomplish With Us
As a
Compliance Analyst, Privacy Protection
, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and documenting tools that support the processes of the Office of the Chief Privacy Officer.
  • Contributing to the application of processes related to privacy incident management, access-to-information requests, and privacy impact assessments.
  • Supporting business units in understanding and applying privacy practices, procedures, and technological tools.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of technological tools under the responsibility of the Chief Privacy Officer.
  • Contributing to the creation and revision of awareness activities and corporate training related to privacy protection.
  • Preparing reports required by regulatory authorities as part of the incident management process.
  • Participating in drafting reports for internal governance bodies at iA Financial Group, including collecting information from various stakeholders.
  • Responding to privacy-related questions from partners, employees, clients, and other individuals.

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Offers exemplary customer service and acts with professionalism.
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in compliance, law, or a legal department.
  • Holds a diploma in legal techniques, law, or another relevant field.
  • Has an intermediate knowledge of English, as the role requires reading documentation and interacting daily with team members and internal/external partners.
  • Advanced level of French both oral and written
