We are a growing Edmonton-based residential developer bringing HVAC fully in-house to support our expanding portfolio of small multi-family and townhouse projects.

This role is for an experienced HVAC Journeyman / Lead Installer who wants stable work, clean systems, and leadership responsibility — without service calls, after-hours emergencies, or constant design changes.

About the Role

You will lead our internal HVAC division focused only on our own new-build residential projects.

No service calls. No custom homes. No retail clients.

Just repeatable, efficient installs across standardized buildings.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading HVAC installs on duplex, row house / townhouse projects
  • Furnace and HRV installation
  • Venting, terminations, and start-up
  • Coordinating inspections and deficiencies
  • Helping standardize details, layouts, and processes
  • Training and overseeing 1–2 installers/apprentices as the division grows

Sheet metal fabrication may remain subcontracted initially — your focus is execution and leadership, not chasing ductwork.

What We're Looking For

  • Journeyman HVAC / Gasfitter (A or B) – required
  • 5+ years residential installation experience
  • Strong inspection knowledge (City of Edmonton / Alberta code)
  • Organized, calm, and reliable on site
  • Interested in leadership and long-term growth
  • Comfortable working across multiple similar projects
  • Rheia duct experience is an asset

This is not a service role and not piecework.

Compensation & Structure

  • Base salary: $95,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience)
  • Performance bonus: $15,000 – $40,000+
  • Total compensation: $110,000 – $170,000+
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance

  • Stable year-round work

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
