The Role: Professional Training Coach

This is not a standard "personal trainer" position.

Our coaches are career professionals — leaders, educators, and relationship-builders who play a pivotal role in their clients' lives.

We list this as a Part-Time role because that is where everyone starts. However, will support you to build your schedule with a target to have you working full-time hours withing the first 4 months.

As an IF Coach, you will:

• Deliver high-end, fully customized one-on-one and small-group training experiences
• Build deep relationships that support long-term health and lifestyle change
• Be trained in how to assess, coach and elevate our members through structured development programs including but not limited to (Professional Training Coach, Advanaced Coaching Techniques, Advanced Assessments, Sales Management, Events Coordination, Product Management)
• Collaborate with teammates daily to create consistency and continuity for clients
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, positivity, and fun
• Participate in ongoing education, mentorship, and specialty training labs
• Lead and support community events, workshops, and charity initiatives
• Help members live their best lIFe — through adventure, challenge, and connection

• Degree in Kinesiology
• Certified through BCRPA, CSEP, NASM, ACE, or equivalent (or working toward it)

Bonus points if you have:

• Specialized coaching interests (athletic development, mobility, longevity, running, strength, etc.)
• Experience with assessments, data-driven coaching, or corrective exercise
• A background in sport, kinesiology, physiotherapy, or customer-service-driven industries

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour

• Personal Training: 2 years (preferred)
