Rate: $35-45/hr
Role And Responsibilities

  • Support the development of leadership training programs for in-person and video-based delivery (not e-learning).
  • Execute assigned components of training plans, such as follow-up questions, feedback modules, and activity design.
  • Collaborate with Lead Designer to align on program goals and instructional strategies.
  • Participate in kickoff meetings and ongoing check-ins to clarify scope and deliverables.
  • Work in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to build polished, professional training materials.
  • Apply principles of adult learning to create engaging, results-driven content

Remote, task-based workflow with flexible hours;

must be available for daytime meetings between 9-5, but work can be done afterhours.
