About the Role

HealthOne is looking for a skilled Dental Assistant to join our expanding team. If you have experience performing Level II CDA duties, excel in a fast-paced clinical setting, and are passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, we want to hear from you.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional dental care while supporting the smooth operation of our busy practice.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials to support efficient dental care delivery.
• Assist dentists by passing instruments and materials during dental procedures.
• Disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Update and maintain accurate patient dental records.
• Provide general support to dentists and dental staff, including serving as backup for the receptionist when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Successful completion of a Dental Assisting diploma.
• Certification in Level 2, HARP, and CPR.
• Confident, positive, and self-motivated with a genuine passion for dentistry.
• Strong chairside manner with excellent patient interaction skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with patients and team members.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
