Join Our Team as a Landscape Gardener/Greenskeeper
We are currently seeking Seasonal Part-Time Golf Course Greenskeepers / Landscape Gardeners for the 2026 golf season. Successful candidates will be energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for golf course care. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong work ethic, leadership potential, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
This role is responsible for maintaining the golf course grounds, including mowing various areas of the course, topdressing, repairing divots, trimming, pruning, and completing general maintenance duties to ensure exceptional playing conditions throughout the season.
We are looking for motivated individuals available part-time from April 2026 (weather dependent) through November 2026 (weather dependent) or until the end of the golf season.

An Overview of Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform mowing and maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, and rough areasRake and maintain sand bunkers to ensure consistent playing conditionsRake and remove leaves, debris, and other materials from the golf courseAssist with additional turf maintenance duties as assigned by the Grounds Management teamOperate light and heavy equipment including hand-powered tools, riding mowers, tractors, and related turf maintenance equipmentContribute to the delivery of a high-quality golf experience for members and guests by maintaining exceptional course conditionsWork collaboratively with the turf maintenance team while demonstrating enthusiasm and pride in the quality of work performedJob Requirements:
Ability to work early morning shifts (start times between 5:30–6:00 a.m.)Availability to work required weekends and holidays throughout the golf seasonPositive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skillsPhysically capable of completing required tasks, including repetitive and manual workPrevious landscaping experience preferred but not requiredGolf course maintenance experience considered an asset but not requiredStrong customer service mindset with a professional and respectful demeanorExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to work accurately and efficientlyAbility to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of responsibility, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretionWhy Join the Donalda Club?
