Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our cleaning and facilities maintenance services to potential clients, building strong relationships, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of commercial cleaning and maintenance industries. This position offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Duties

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets
  • Present and demonstrate our cleaning, commercial cleaning, and facilities maintenance services to prospective clients
  • Develop tailored proposals to meet client needs and close sales effectively
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote our services
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs regularly
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Experience

  • Prior experience in sales or business development within the cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance sectors is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and facility management is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of cleaning and maintenance services is advantageous
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and expanding market presence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
