Real Estate Law Clerk

Close to Yorkdale Mall

Our client, an extremely nice sole practitioner with a thriving practice is in need of a Real Estate Law Clerk to join its team.

This opportunity is available because of a retirement.

In this role you will have the opportunity to be involved with sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Some of the work includes purchase and sale of apartment buildings, apartment conversions to condominiums, purchase and sale of strip malls, purchase of vacant land, financing and refinancing work. You will have the opportunity to learn from an accomplished professional 

A generous salary and benefit package is offered. Premiums are paid by the employer. Free parking is an added bonus
