About the Role

As a Technician, you'll:

  • Perform Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Duct Cleaning for residential and commercial clients.
  • Represent a highly reputable company committed to investing in your success.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while working independently or as part of a team.

What We Offer

Pay & Incentives:

  • Starting wage: $20/hr, increasing to $22/hr after training (~2 weeks)
  • Performance bonus: up to $25/hr after 3 months
  • Additional incentives:
  • Commission on select products
  • Bonus pay for specific achievements
