Overview

Kenna has been working with a US Client to reconcile and fulfill Customer Programs. The Junior Program Manager role is being created to assist in the management of payment processing and reporting; as well as the migration towards a fully automated fulfillment system.

This role will focus on payment reports, generating checks, locking statements, shipping labels, printing and collating, voids/reissues and quality assurance of check runs. The incumbent will report to the Senior Program Manager, and will oversee one Program Fulfillment Coop.



Responsibilities

Day-to-day: 

Gain a thorough understanding of BASF P&SS/Kenna fulfillment processes, controls and audit requirements and steward best-practices throughout the QA, Reconciliation and Fulfillment processes.Gain a thorough understanding of the BASF P&SS Programs in the marketplace.Work with the Senior Program Manager on program inquiry/issue escalationFrom time-to-time additional activities, administrative needs, or requirements may arise and require support from the Junior Program Manager, such as one-off payments, inventory management, and data reporting etc.Support and help manage fulfillment and organization for P&SS Marketing Program and Enrollment Program cheque void and re-issues and provide feedback and improvements where necessary.

Process Leadership

In association with the Junior Program Manager, steward the QA, Reconciliation and Fulfillment processes against BASF P&SS/Kenna workflows, audit controls and business requirements documents.Provide recommendations for process improvement and audit control updates, as required.

People Leadership

Assist in developing training and onboarding plans for the Co-op Role.Assist with coop onboarding in association with the Senior Program Manager.Assist with overseeing the Coop Role during QA, Reconciliation and Fulfillment processes.

Key Success Metrics: 

Accurate and timely delivery of Program paymentsDevelop comprehensive testing and QA plans that articulate clear roles and accountability within the Quality Assurance/Risk Mitigation process. These testing plans must be signed off and centrally stored in the appropriate Dropbox folder.Ongoing communication with Manager on expected deliverablesWorking with the Senior Program Manager to identify daily/weekly priorities to reaching target delivery dates.Constant alignment and communication with Senior Program ManagerProvide recommendations vs. asking for guidance when communicating/escalating inquiry and issues (internally and externally)

Qualifications

A University Bachelor of Commerce, Economics or Data Science1-2 years work experience in an office environmentExperience with SQLThe Junior program role will be a hybrid model of 3 days/week working in office (Tuesday - Thursday) and 2 days work from home (Mondays & Fridays)
