Job Title: Dental Receptionist (English & Mandarin Bilingual)

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist who is fluent in English and Mandarin to join our dental office team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a dental practice and be knowledgeable in Dental Tracker practice management software. This role is patient-facing and administrative, playing a key part in ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries

  • Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Mandarin

  • Submit dental insurance claims and follow up on claim status

  • Verify insurance eligibility and explain coverage to patients

  • Manage patient records using Dental Tracker software

  • Collect co-payments, process payments, and maintain accurate billing records

  • Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications:

• **Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

• **Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Office Administrator

• **Hands-on experience with Dental Tracker management software

  • Knowledge of dental insurance claims submission and billing procedures

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in accepting and onboarding new patients

  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
