Digital Marketing Specialist
Applying a strong understanding of digital design and marketing best practices, a keen eye for detail, and creative versatility to enhance marketing efforts and elevate PPI's brand presence, the Digital Marketing Specialist is a key player in supporting PPI's design and marketing initiatives, and ensuring our marketing materials are polished and professional.
This is a contract position for an expected duration of 10 months.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design
Update and refine marketing and communication materials in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Provide layout and design for impactful presentations in PowerPoint.
Make edits and updates as necessary in Microsoft Word.
Align deliverables to established brand standards and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
Play an active part in upholding and advancing our visual brand guidelines.
Digital Content Support
Assist in the creation of digital content, including social media posts and website copy.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Email Marketing
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Develop engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional materials, and announcements.
Ensure email deliverability and compliance with industry best practices.
Written Communications
Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging content for internal and external audiences, including advisor communications, announcements, and marketing collateral.
Maintain consistent tone, style, and branding across all written materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex information into reader-friendly messaging.
Job Knowledge / Work Experience:
5+ years of experience in a digital design within a marketing and communications team.
Proven experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns.
An understanding of graphic design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Proven ability to work in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign and Illustrator).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, polished materials.
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and current trends.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
The expected salary range for this position starts at $58,000 and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and skill set.
