Sales Representative (Full-Time, Hourly)

Toronto, ON

We are a Toronto-based home fitness equipment retail business and are currently hiring a Full-Time, Hourly Sales Representative to support both in-store customer service and online sales inquiries.

This role is service-focused and ideal for someone who values customer experience, product knowledge, and long-term stability, rather than aggressive sales tactics.

Compensation

  • Hourly wage: CAD $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
  • Performance bonus: modest, service- or team-based bonus
  • Stable and predictable income

Responsibilities

  • Assist in-store customers with product information and purchases
  • Respond to online inquiries (website, email, social media) in a timely and professional manner
  • Help customers choose suitable fitness equipment based on their needs and space
  • Provide accurate product knowledge and basic after-sales support
  • Support daily store operations and maintain a positive store environment

Requirements

  • Experience in the fitness industry (fitness retail, gym, personal training, or related roles)
  • Customer service experience with the ability to provide professional and high-quality customer support
  • Genuine interest in fitness and home gym equipment
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
