Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Specialist located in Edmonton, AB. The Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, fostering relationships with prospective clients, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team. The role includes coordinating sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating solutions to meet clients' needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with a focus on growing client relationships
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospective clients and team members
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a customer-focused approach
- Skills in Sales Management and the ability to coordinate sales activities effectively
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Previous experience in the technology sector is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
