Hill & Hollow Wellness is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncturist to join our multidisciplinary team. Our clinic is known for evidence-informed care, exceptional hands-on treatment, and a warm, client-centred environment. We are proud to offer services 7 days a week with strong community demand — and we need another practitioner who shares our commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed TCM Acupuncturist who provides therapeutic, results-driven treatments using acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, TCM diagnostics, and related modalities. You'll work alongside massage therapists and osteopathic practitioners who emphasize biomechanics, fascia, nervous system regulation, and whole-person healing.

What You'll Do

  • Provide TCM-based assessments, acupuncture, and supportive modalities
  • Integrate treatment plans that complement massage therapy and osteopathy
  • Maintain accurate clinical charting (Jane App)
  • Deliver warm, trauma-informed, patient-centred care
  • Educate clients on treatment goals, home care, and wellness strategies
  • Optional: Participate in community workshops or client education content

What You Bring

  • Registration in good standing as a TCM Acupuncturist with the CTCMPAO
  • Liability insurance (min. $2M)
  • Strong manual/clinical skills and confidence in TCM assessment
  • Professional, friendly communication and excellent boundaries
  • Interest in long-term growth within a supportive team environment
  • A passion for healing, learning, and client education

Bonus Skills (Not required, but great)

  • Cupping
  • Cosmetic acupuncture
  • Fertility or hormonal health focus
  • Pain neurophysiology education
  • Experience collaborating with RMTs or osteopaths
