About Us

EVER Real Estate Developments Ltd. (EVER RED) is a rapidly growing real estate development company dedicated to creating vibrant commercial centres and residential communities in Edmonton and the surrounding area. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support a wide range of marketing initiatives across our company and development projects.

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in the hands-on execution of day-to-day marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic organization. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, and working closely with the leasing and development teams, you will help shape brand presence and support the promotion of our projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

·      Champion the day-to-day management of the company's social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community building, and analytics.

·      Support the development, writing, and distribution of company and project newsletters.

·      Assist with updates to the company website, ensuring content remains current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.

·      Create, update, and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, signage, and other materials.

·      Assist with planning and executing company and project-related events, such as kick-offs, launches, community engagements, groundbreakings, milestone celebrations and industry functions.

·      Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, vendors, etc.) to support ongoing marketing initiatives.

·      Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing department as needed.

Qualifications

·      1–3 years of experience in a professional office environment (real estate, engineering or architecture firm, law firm, etc.) in a marketing or communications role.

·      Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an asset.

·      Experience in the real estate development, multifamily residential rentals, home building, or property management industry is preferred but not required.

·      Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail.

·      Experience managing corporate social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), email marketing tools (Mail Chimp), and website CMS platforms (Wordpress).

·      Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva is required)

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·      Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to take initiative and own their responsibilities.
