Performance Marketing Manager

Overview
Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels. This is a newly created role supporting growth and performance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and other paid channels
- Develop media strategies aligned with business and performance objectives
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and ROI
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Present performance results and insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of paid media and/or media planning experience
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms, and other paid media channels
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive optimization decisions
Role Details
- Pay Rate:
$45–$50/hour - This is a new position
