Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative, located in Ottawa, ON. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, identifying opportunities to drive business growth, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include effectively communicating the value of CareQuilt's offerings, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with the team to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Qualification
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in Sales and Business Development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies
- High level of motivation and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the healthcare or senior care industry is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
