Senior DevOps Engineer –Remote

How You'll Help Us:

A Senior Platform Engineer is first and foremost a software developer who specializes in the domain of the processes and resources necessary to enable the development, build, test, deploy, and release of changes to enterprise applications delivered to market while ensuring this occurs as frequently as needed, with the least amount of error possible, and the maximum uptime. Our product, a dynamic virtual platform and its resources include an automated software factory, its logistics and utilities, a digital showroom, and consumer feedback loops. Our customers encompass the entire IT organization including ourselves.

Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Windows Server environments, IIS, and scripting with PowerShell, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADOS).
  • Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Administer and configure Windows Server and IIS environments.
  • Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Work with MS SQL Server for database management and integration.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployments.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues

Required Skills:

  • 5+ Years of strong experience with Microsoft Azure services and Azure DevOps.
  • 5+ Years exp in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
  • 5+ Years exp with Terraform for IaC.
  • 4+ Years exp Proficiency in Windows Server administration and IIS configuration.
  • 4+ Years exp - Solid understanding of MS SQL Server.
  • 4+ Years exp - Strong scripting skills in PowerShell.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years - Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • 5+ Years - Familiarity with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
  • 4+ Years - Experience with security best practices in cloud environments.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($x - x/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
