Key Tasks

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee multiple project portfolios within our organization. This is a high-visibility, strategic role managing critical initiatives, including CRM enhancements, ServiceNow implementation, and technical debt resolution. The ideal candidate is assertive, highly process-oriented, and capable of leading teams with a tactical, results-driven approach.

  • Manage multiple project portfolios, including Dynamics Cloud CRM and ServiceNow initiatives monitoring project performance, risks, and dependencies across multiple portfolios.
  • Oversee development teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Lead high-visibility projects with a process-driven, tactical approach—immediate action and results are expected.
  • Support improvements in JIRA, task management tools
  • Translate and articulate technical concepts clearly, both verbally and visually, for diverse stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years leading large, complex portfolios with multiple projects and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Dynamics Cloud CRM, ServiceNow, and JIRA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to visualize and articulate complex concepts

Other Qualifications

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP Certified
  • High-energy, assertive, and action-oriented personality.
  • Tactical problem solver with a

    get it done" mindset.
  • Ability to create visual storytelling for technical processes or projects within short timelines.
  • Fast typist with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, managing competing priorities, and driving high-energy teams.
