Job Summary:The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of architecture projects, from conception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture project management, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and excellent leadership and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage architecture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, and ensure alignment with the firm's strategic goals.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout all project phases.Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and consultants, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating and inspiring them to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations.Review and approve project deliverables, including architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.Prepare and deliver project presentations to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and project management.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.10+ years of experience in architecture project management, with a focus on a variety of project types and sizes.Proven track record of successful project delivery, with completed projects of varying complexities.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Canada.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.Experience with LEED certification and sustainable design practices is a plus.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 / Annually
